A special form of the promotion shuttle is its use at so-called MICE events such as congresses and trade fairs, incentives, specialized conferences or large events. The BikeTaxis are commissioned by the organizer or a sponsor, provided with the appropriate branding and drive the participants from the nearest train station to the event location, to the evening restaurant or round off the accompanying program with a short sightseeing tour. Trade fair visitors appreciate having walking routes taken away from them, and conference participants enjoy program items in the fresh air.

The sponsor's advertising message is presented in an environmentally friendly and friendly manner. Advertising and travel merge into an overall experience that will be remembered.
